# Stake from Fordefi

## Stake via UI

### ETH, POL

You can use the Fordefi extension to stake assets via the Kiln Dashboard. See a video demo of how to do this below on Ethereum. The flow is the same on Polygon (POL), as Polygon staking occurs by depositing POL tokens on the Ethereum network.

### Cosmos-based chains

To stake Cosmos-based chains (e.g ATOM, DYDX, TIA, etc), you can select "connect with Keplr" on the Kiln Dashboard or [from the Keplr website](https://wallet.keplr.app/), and connect your Fordefi wallet instead.
